As a professional, are we not supposed to know our tools? And
in this day and age, isn't MUA illiteracy not something to be pandered
to? Should the right anser now be that one uses a better MUA, or, at
least, one sets up the tool of choice to adhere to nettiquette?
Or are people no longer aware of nettiquette, and so do not know
they are coming across as boors?
