I will mark this as Rejected for Books 21-28, then, unless you feel it's worth scanning the headings from one of the books. Personally, I think it isn't worth the hassle, but for the sake of completeness it's worth discussing this.
I do have the Grand Master Discipline headings that Brian Williams did for the later books. Does anyone object to using those here? We couldn't give him credit as the illustrator for the book, but we could list him on the Acknowledgments page. Is it worth it?
I vote: Yes! :-)It would give a level of continuity to the NO books, unless/until we decide enough time has passed to use Trevor Newton's artwork . . .
