Hi all
I still can't face finishing off the final global list; I'm thinking of
reworking how I collate and
display the data. I'll try to get that done by next week, if just to get it off
the radar.
Hopefully, this one should be more open for comment, anyway. If you have anything to say, feel free
to reply to these posts--I foresee them being quite regular over the coming . . . years . . . It
always helps to determine if/how to alter something if a number of volunteers contribute comments.
On to the queries. The first two will be particularly useful to resolve, since
they apply to all
four of the World of Lone Wolf books:

(er) 01gstw:Powers: another's mind, or cause them -> another's mind, or

(er) 01gstw:Rules for Combat: You now have the number of ENDURANCE
points lost by Grey Star. To
calculate the number lost by the enemy, multiply this by the number of
WILLPOWER points that Grey
Star elected to use. Now you have the final number of ENDURANCE points lost by
both Grey Star and
his enemy in this round of combat. (E represents points lost by the enemy; GS
represents points lost
by Grey Star.) -> GS represents the number of ENDURANCE points lost by Grey
Star. To calculate the
number lost by the enemy, multiply the number marked 'E' by the number of
WILLPOWER points that Grey
Star elected to use. Now you have the final number of ENDURANCE points lost by
both Grey Star and
his enemy in this round of combat.
[LM: I thought former wording is possibly unclear -- it sounds like the enemy
always loses 3x as
much as grey star]

I fear the on to vs. onto is going to be a recurring motif; there are currently somewhere in the
region of 300 unclear instances, and I don't feel like putting them all in one post, and I'm sure
Jon wouldn't be too happy if I did. I have gone through and fixed/rejected as many as I could easily
extrapolate from the books that have already been checked for this (LW1-8, 18; FW1). Any that get
posted to these errata lists that get marked as "to fix" or "to reject" can form templates for
occurrences in other books and will be fixed/rejected accordingly, so the large number should drop
steadily. I sincerely hope it will. I will also mark already-fixed and rejected on to vs. onto
issues as to why they have been resolved such, just in case there's any discussion as to that.
