Additional question: Should any form of "<verb>
[yourself/himself/herself/itself] on to" be corrected to "...onto", or is
there some nuance that requires each instance to be considered separately?
The reason I ask is that in 01fftd the following hasn't been corrected:
(Section 21) "...drag yourself on to firm ground and..."; whereas above
"...throw herself onto the raging fire..." has been corrected.

There is some nuance. If the "on" is part of the verb or the "on to"
otherwise doesn't convey the sense of movement to a position on the
object, it shouldn't be combined with "to". For example, "he went on
to become Supreme Master".

OK, clearly, the phrase "...ride onto the next town" doesn't exactly convey
what is meant! :-)

So all of the following 14 instances of this type should be corrected to 'onto' (searched for "self on to "):

10:152 "...by hurling yourself on to the floor."
10:169 "...and drag yourself on to the muddy shore."
11:320 "...and pull yourself on to the roof..."
12:58 "...enable you to drag yourself on to its deck."
12:91 "You pull yourself on to the rail and..."
12:194 "...enable you to drag yourself on to the shallow deck."
12:309 "He pulls himself on to the deck and comes..."
13:103 "...and haul yourself on to the winch platform."
13:161 "...you pull yourself on to the platform..."
13:288 "...and pull yourself on to the drawbridge..."
21:276 "...and pull yourself on to his back."
22:261 "As you pull yourself on to the deck..."
24:100 "You pull yourself on to the platform and..."
27:85 "...you haul yourself on to your mount..."

Section 21 should probably be corrected, even if I rejected it earlier. :)

Fixed!

All changes have been committed to the SVN repository. I'll schedule outputting + uploading new test editions as a monthly task . . . at least . . .
