What you are advising is very interesting but I note that you are intending to
nominate someone else to implement it. That would be fine if you have someone
else (i.e. not one of the existing committee members) to implement all your
suggestions. Were you thinking of volunteering to join the committee yourself
and implement these ideas? That would be the best offer that you could make to
VICS.
