Hi Gerard
Completely agree with what's being said here.
If you are wanting to take over the position of chair of VICS that is
great, and leaves you then wide open to implement all you have said,
and all of which I still haven't quite got my head around yet.
If not, then we will need to think about what you said quite carefully
