But what is the situation for the many blind people who don't have Internet access? I know in this case the catalogues are on tape, which seems fine, and Derek seems to have shot himself in the foot by communicating with lakeland by e-mail, but if I didn't have an internet connection and there was no taped catalogue, and Internet catalogue would be about as accessible to me as a printed one.
