hi, i'd also have to say i thought their reply reasonable. their catalogue
does change a lot and as you contacted them via email, it's safe to assume
you have access to the catalogue online, so i wouldn't say they are
discriminating. they assume braille access from a PC and don't mention
screenreaders but the point is the same. you can access their catalogue
online, so it's not discrimination. don't forget the DDA states access to
material in an *accessible* format. it doesn't specify it has to be a
*prefered* format. personally i'd say a braille catalogue is a waste of
time! it's quickly out of date, you've no idea of stock availability either.
i've shopped at the huge store in windermere and can say their customer
service is second to none! they provide assistance with no prior notice.
they explain everything and don't rush you around the store.
