Hi Kevin
You said:

"i'd also have to say i thought their reply reasonable. their catalogue
does change a lot and as you contacted them via email, it's safe to assume
you have access to the catalogue online"

Not really, as not everyone that uses email is happy to use internet
shopping sites.

You also said:
"don't forget the DDA states access to material in an *accessible* format.
it doesn't specify it has to be a *preferred* format."

If a company like an airline tells a blind person that is able to walk:

"you must use this wheelchair"
would you support that policy and if not why not?"
So I take it you do agree that the blind persons has right to *prefer*
to walk, even though it would be easier for the staff,
if the wheel chair was used.

Surly it's just same sort of logic when we discuss the rights and wrongs
of Braille.

Regards,
Derek
