derek, who said anything about costs. the tesco etc analogy is also
irrelevant as the staff who provide the assistance in-store, are already
employed by the store, they are not brought in specially to assist the
disabled. nor do tesco, asda, sainsburys etc provide their catalogues in
braille! as with lakeland you have a choice, go to the store or do it
online!
