Sorry Kevin but that's not quite true. If there was a policy not to give assistance, the stores wouldn't need as many staff! So what i am saying is, a store could cut its operating costs by insisting that the blind and disabled go and use internet shopping. But they offer a choice, come to our store, or use internet.
