Hi,

This topic while helpful is not strictly access, technology related.

Alternative formats are more of a general access issue and with moderator hat 
on head, I respectfully ask that these in future be directed to more 
appropriate lists.  FYI here's a large list of VI Related lists as well as more 
mainstream lists,

My thoughts Derek exactly, but there is no mystery I will reveal all.
The product was Jot a dot, has that satisfied people.
Yes we did want audio instructions but as the order is now cancelled the 
issue is closed.
I just wait for feedback on the complaint.
