Point is that (with the exception of the cruise ship) we have no idea
what the denominator is, so we can't know what the fatality rate is. But
it's certainly lower than anything calculated to date, because we know
that the denominator is larger than anything we've been able to measure,
and probably at least an order of magnitude more.
