OK, it was more straightforward than I expected, with my neophyte Regexp skillz, so I am ready to commit all 37 xml files with deadend and puzzle tags correctly implemented. I encountered the following issues:

* I had to split up a few death sections to include a final paragraph (usually one sentence) to add the <deadend> tags to: 14tcok: 311; 17tdoi: 269; 20tcon: 25, 136, 172, 241, 262; 28thos: 226, 271

* Similarly, I had to split up some text in 07cd: 306 to allow the <puzzle> tag to be implemented.

* 20tcon: 297, 338; and 04wotw: 12 -- Although each of these has links going out from them, all options are conditional and it is possible to be unable to continue. Because of the way the text is written, these could easily have <deadend> tags added to them, since if you cannot continue, they are dead ends. However, I wasn't sure about whether this was the right way to go, so I didn't add them for now. Thoughts?

I've implemented a "puzzle" element that can have an "idref" attribute
or an "idrefs" attribute for when we need to link to more than one
answer (the linked IDs in the "idrefs" attribute should be separated
by spaces).

These should also have been added. Missing ones and/or typos in the idrefs will presumably come to light as new dot/svg files are generated, but I think they are all present and correct.

The implementation of this in our XSL transformations needs to be
tested though, especially the DOT transformation (although that one
may quickly become obsolete!). Simon, if you're implementing this in
the XML, please shoot me a note when you've got a good test case.

Good ones to try out would be:

01gstw (esp. Section 92)
07cd (esp. Section 11)
09tcof (esp. Section 241)
