I think that's OK. If anything, it probably gives some uniformity to
how these are presented.

In the 20tcon cases, I think it's OK to have a <puzzle> paragraph
followed by a <deadend> paragraph. Similarly for the 04wotw, I think
it's OK to have a <deadend> after those <choice> paragraphs.
