I was more or less "begging" for an opinion on optimum over testing.
100% positives from testing means you are "on the brink" or over.
no decisive information.
How many negatives do you need to give statistical meaningful
indication of "testing enough".
( I assume qualified judgemental decissions ( symptoms, contacts) on who
to test. )
