Yes. Now the processor comes from VIA.

I had an old compaq machine with a Cyrix MediaGX processorwith a rating  
of 133MHz, but actually ran at 100MHz or 90MHzor something - performance  
wasn't very good though...

The performance of a VIA processor might not compare to an
Intel Celeron or AMD Athlon CPU. But its the cheapest IA32
processor that money can buy. For basic home users who intend
to use their PC for checking/sending e-mails, browsing the
internet, playing music and stuff, this processor is just fine.
Just that you can't expect to enjoy Quake3 Arena or Half Life at
high resolutions and higher fps on it.
