in the non-free-as-in-beer RH distros. That material has been removed
from the Fedora distros.

   I would be perfectly satisfied if:

HCL uses any Fedora distro without paying any per-copy royalty;

or

HCL uses RHEL and pays the appropriate fees to RedHat.

Otherwise, it is still piracy, and they're no better than the assemblers
who include an unauthorized copy of XP with their systems. I hope HCL
has the good sense to do the right thing here - it costs next to nothing to
do the right thing here, and set a good example.

In any event, the free-as-in-beer FC3 distro is arguably the best RH
distro ever, so why don't they just use that instead? There's plenty
of community support available for Fedora.
