There are no such stupid clauses. The only thing Redhat restricts you
from doing is cp /mnt/cdrom/*.rpm /var/ftproot/ - they require you to
remove anaconda-images.rpm and redhat-logos.rpm. You are even told the
names of the RPMs beforehand. I find your use of "stupid" here
revolting - have you even used or read through their licensing
agreement of RHEL to pass judgement so summarily?
