I think the GPL requires that you do not include proprietary binaries
in the same distribution media. One is free to distribute such
binaries in a separate media (CD/DVD) and they can even  be packaged
along with GPLed binaries containing CD/DVD in the same box. So if
Suse is distributing propreitary binaries along with other GPL code in
a single DVD, they are the ones who are violating the GPL!!
