I'm sorry for not being clear - this is precisely what I meant. I can
only download the SRPMs from that site, recompile and build ISOs and
distribute them.

   Red Hat has kindly supported the development of the Fedora
distribution, which is free as in speech as well as free
as in beer. Why is there any motivation to rip them off on their
Enterprise business, which is what is subsidising the development
of Fedora?

Amen to that. I was in no way condoning piracy of RHEL. I (or rather,
my employer) pay a lot of money to Redhat for RHEL licenses, and I
have no intention of ripping them off in their enterprise business. My
point in the original post was that IF one is so inclined, one can
build the RHEL product line from the SRPMs provided, but that's the
extend of it.

Mind you, RHEL3 is perhaps the stablest, most rock-solid server-side
Linux distribution (or even x86 OS - with due apologies to the *BSD
people) out there currently. It is well worth the money you have to
pay for it.
